Hello, i think that the parliament of  the UN, where all Nationas are represented should be ELECTED in the native states. Each state should send a number of elected representatives, the best people of their lands, ACCORDING TO THEIR POPULATION. For example, for each 50 million inhabitants one member in the global parliament. Then this parliament will form then a kind of executive, just like in modern state governments.
